Unleashed Grad Trips specialises in overseas packages for school leavers, looking for the ultimate end of school celebration. We create unique, once in a lifetime experiences for 17 & 18 year olds from all over Australia.
About the role:
Our Unleashed Crew are the face of our company and your #1 priority is ensuring the safety of all our travellers. Your role is to ensure that all travellers have an unforgettable, safe #tripofalifetime. This position involves being with our travellers from the start to the finish of their trip. Our crew will have a variety of roles such as running activities, hosting parties, liaising with hotel staff and daily interaction with our students including answering questions and helping them with any situation as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CREW ROLE:
- Destination Crew is a VOLUNTEER position but includes return flights to the destination, any transfers whilst on destination, accommodation at a 4 star resort, Unleashed uniform, all meals and a daily allowance for purchases of food and drinks outside of meal times (non-alcoholic as crew members are not permitted to drink alcohol on destination).
- You will need to have a valid passport (cannot expire within 6 months of return date, there is plenty of time to apply for this).
- You will need to attain your senior first aid certificate AND volunteer Working With Children Check (Free) prior to the trip (Plenty of time for this as well).
- All destination crew must be 19+ at time of travel (November - December 2022).
- We favour applicants who are able to attend the full 3 weeks (19 November- 08 December 2022).
- Destination Crew are required to attend a training weekend in Sydney, 5-6th November. Accommodation with Sydney based crew will be offered to interstate applicants, however flights are at your own expense.
- Our destination crew becomes a close knit family and we organise lots of exciting events for you including an Annual Boat party after destination, for everyone to let their hair down and celebrate your amazing work.
Application Process:
- The Crew Application Process starts with this form.
- Successful applicants will then be called for a 10-15 minute informal phone interview.
- If you are successful to the next stage, you will be required to attend a group workshop on 20 August in our Bondi (NSW) Head Office from 10am-3pm (other arrangements will be discussed with interstate applicants).
- Following the workshop day, you will be asked to complete an online quiz.
- Successful applicants will be contacted once decisions have been finalised (4weeks).

Regardless of the stage of the application process, every person who applies will receive an email with the progress of their application - we receive hundreds of applications so please be patient, it may take a couple of weeks to hear from us after completing the form!
