Payment Extensions

Would you love to travel but can't make the final payment in time? No worries, we can assist with a payment extension! Please email and we will assist with getting you an extended payment plan.


Rooming Changes

Had a falling out with your friend? Not keen on your initial roommates anymore? We can help! You can change your roommates or room type to better suit your current situation. Please email and we will assist with changing your rooming.


Date Changes

Had something come up during your travel dates? Don't worry, we have many different dates! Depending on the current availability, we have up to 4 different dates you can choose from. If your travel dates are the reason you're canceling, please email and we will assist you with changing dates.


Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply;

Before deposit paid - $0
After deposit paid before 31st July departure year - loss of deposit
Between 31st July and 1st October departure year - 50% cancellation fee + loss of deposit
After 1st October departure year - 100% cancellation fee


You agree that the deductions and cancellation charges specified above are reasonable, represent a genuine pre-estimate of our loss and are required to protect our legitimate business interests.
Depending on your reason for cancelling your travel insurance may cover some or all of these cancellation fees. Please consult your insurer for further details.

Destination Changes

Want to try a different island in Fiji? Want to stay in Australia and do something domestic instead? Thinking of a bigger adventure to Europe or Japan? We can help! Your deposit is transferrable to any of our trips based on availability. This includes Fiji, Byron Bay, Airlie Beach, Europe, and Japan. To transfer your deposit email and we can help!


Solo Travellers

If you are traveling on your own, you have options! Many students participate in our trips solo. We offer multi-share rooms for you to meet other students in the same scenario! To switch to a multi-share room, email

If you still need to cancel, please complete the form below. Our trips sell out each year, and very often have extensive waiting lists. Please be aware if you cancel, your spot may be immediately given to the next person in line and you may not be able to rejoin the trip if you change your mind. Please review all the alternative options above before finalizing your decision.
