Do you love capturing magical moments? Are you a budding filmmaker? This is your moment! Creating amazing vlogs, reels or Tiktoks capturing the magic of your Fiji experience. Share your video recap, and you could snag a $500 gift card prize! The best part? The more creative, the better your chances!

Requirements:
*Must be a minimum of 45 seconds.
*Video must consist of film content, not just photo snippets/ live photos.
*Competition closes 31st January 2025

Unleashed Travel Photo Contest - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to all Unleashed Travel clients who have completed or are booked for a Grad Trip.
   • Employees of Unleashed Travel and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Submission Requirements
   • Entries must be submitted in the form of a TikTok video, Instagram post, Instagram reel, or Instagram story.
   • Participants must tag @unleashedgradtrips and the specific resort where they stayed (e.g., Plantation Island Resort).
   • The entrant’s social media account must be set to public so Unleashed Travel can view the submission.
   • Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry meets the submission requirements.
   • All submissions must be original content created by the entrant.
3. Judging and Winner Announcement
   • Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, and how well they capture the spirit of the Unleashed Grad Trip experience.
   • Winners will be selected by a panel appointed by Unleashed Travel, and the decision of the judges is final.
   • Winners will be announced on Unleashed Travel’s social media channels. The specific date and time of the announcement will be communicated via our platforms.
4. Prize
   • The winner(s) will receive $100 room credit to be used on your Grad Trip. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Unleashed Travel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
5. Use of Submissions
   • By participating in the contest, you grant Unleashed Travel a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the content in any media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
   • The entrant will retain the copyright to their submission.
6. General
   • Unleashed Travel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
   • Unleashed Travel accepts no responsibility for entries that are not visible due to account privacy settings or tagging errors.

Unleashed Travel Video Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to all Unleashed Travel clients who have completed or are booked for a Grad Trip by 31st January 2025.
   • Employees of Unleashed Travel and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Submission Requirements
   • Videos must be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length.
   • Submissions must consist of film content only; photo montages or slideshows will not be accepted.
   • All video submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
   • Entrants should email their video submission to amy@unleashedtravel.com.au. If the file size is too large to attach directly, entrants are encouraged to use WeTransfer or provide a Google Drive link for the upload.
   • Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on 31st January 2025.
3. Judging and Winner Announcement
   • Videos will be judged on creativity, originality, and how well they capture the Unleashed experience.
   • The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Unleashed Travel. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • The winner will be announced via Unleashed Travel’s social media channels in February 2025. The exact date will be communicated on our platforms.

   • The winner will receive $500 visa gift card. Prizes are not transferable.
   • Unleashed Travel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
