Day 1-2: London

After you have been escorted from the airport and checked into your accommodation, you will then dive into your adventure by enjoying a city tour of London's finest sights and landmarks.

Day3: London to Paris

Day3: London to Paris

We drive to Dover, where we cross the English Channel to France by ferry. Once we arrive in Calais we drive to Paris. After checking in to our accommodation we have dinner at a local French restaurant. Later we head for a spectacular ‘City Lights’ driving tour with our Unleashed Crew. We get to experience the beauty of Paris along the River Seine, including the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and much much more!

Day 4: Paris

The city's attractions are the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, Pompidou Centre, Napoleon's Tomb and the impressive Musée d'Orsay. For a fun perspective of Paris, an optional 'Fat Tire' bicycle tour gets us cycling the streets of the French capital, followed by a delicious French dinner. Shortly after, we can finish our Parisian experience with a choice of two great activities - a Seine River Cruise or a show at one of the oldest cabarets in Paris, the famous Paradis Latin.

Day 5: Swiss Alps

We experience mind-blowing landscapes and fairy-tale villages as we draw closer to our accommodation. we are based in a deep valley in the village of Lauterbrunnen, surrounded by towering cliffs home to surreal waterfalls, framed by the snowy peaks of the Alps – followed by a Swiss dinner, you are bound to fall in love.

In the morning you have an option to ride the historic Jungfraubahn railway to the highest station in Europe, which sits atop the Jungfrau Mountain. Learn more »

Day 6: Swiss Alps

At over 12000ft high it's nicknamed, the ‘Roof of Europe’. For those who think that being 12000ft high whilst having your feet on the ground is too boring – why not throw yourself out of a helicopter instead?! An optional (weather permitting) tandem skydive over the Swiss Alps is truly memorable. The rest of the day is free to explore the numerous mountain walks followed by another delicious dinner together.

Day 7: Florence

In the afternoon we make a quick stop in Pisa for you to take many fun photos with the Leaning Tower. Next, we head through the Tuscan countryside to Florence, the home of Renaissance art, gold and silver markets, great shopping and even better food! Followed by a group dinner, and a night out in Florence.

Day 8: Florence

Which unveils treasures including the Duomo (Cathedral), Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and many more. We’ll soon witness why Florence is considered an ‘outdoor museum’ as we get up close to the replica of Michelangelo’s ‘David’ statue. Then, a demo at a local leatherworks will reveal the mastery behind Florence’s famous leather goods, and we’ll have plenty of free time to explore this gorgeous city!

On the way we stop at the hilltop city of Orvieto where we can check out the Duomo (Cathedral) and have free time to find our own lunch – with wild boar meat as the local speciality! Once in Rome we head for a walking adventure with our Unleashed Trip Leader to experience the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, the ancient Roman Forum, the Colosseum and more. In the evening is a group dinner where we can discuss all the amazing things we have seen!

Day 10: Rome

Where you can take an optional guided tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, home to Michelangelo’s remarkable frescoes, along with the lavish St Peter’s Basilica. We have plenty of time to explore the rest of Rome today – you could visit attractions like the ancient Roman forums, the mighty Colosseum and the Palantine Hill area (the ancient commercial and political heart of Rome). Or you could simply shop in some of Rome’s fashionable boutiques, and relax with a coffee or three!

Day 11: Venice

We stop en route at Verona, known for the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, where we visit Juliet’s Balcony and also see the impressive Arena (an ancient Roman amphitheatre). Then we're off to our accommodation, located on the mainland across the lagoon from Venice’s main islands. After checking in, we enjoy a fresh Italian dinner with the group.

A walking tour with our Unleashed Trip Leader will unveil the city’s mind-blowing architecture, including St Mark’s Basilica in St Mark’s Square. You can also experience the ’Unleashed Untamed’ vaporetto ride on the Grand Canal, along with our optional gondola ride, which is the perfect way to see the city.

Once we're in Austria we head towards Salzburg, the home of the Sound of Music! A walking tour with our Unleshed Trip Leader acquaints us with Salzburg Castle, Mozart’s Birthplace, Salzburg Cathedral and more. Then we enjoy a delicious Austrian dinner in a local brewery.

We have time to reflect and pay our respects to the victims of the Holocaust, before moving on to Czech Republic and its beautiful capital Prague. A walking tour of Prague with our Unleashed Trip Leader takes in the memorable Charles Bridge, Hradcany Castle, the Tyn Church and Wenceslas Square. Tonight, after an included dinner, perhaps we can check out why Prague’s nightlife is so famous!

Day 15: Prague

We explore this Gothic city full of dramatic spires, cobbled alleys, rumbling trams, hand-made puppets and artists around Charles Bridge. Walk through the Jewish Quarter, visit Old Town Square and the medieval Town Hall, and maybe find an old traditional inn to try the excellent (and cheap) local beer.

After seeing the symbolic Frauenkirche and other beautiful buildings we continue on to Berlin, Germany’s capital. A driven tour with our Unleashed Crew takes in the remains of the Berlin Wall, the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag building, Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie and more awesome landmarks. Then we check into our accommodation followed by a group dinner.

Day 17: Berlin

We hear about the rise and fall of the Nazis on an optional ‘Third Reich’ walking tour this morning, which covers sites of historical significance including the spot where Hitler had his bunker. Other attractions include world class museums such as the German History Museum and the Pergamon Museum, the massive Berlin Zoo, and a collection of unique shops, cafés and bars. Later in the night we can take an optional Nightlife tour and check out some of Berlin’s coolest nightspots!

Day 18: Amsterdam

The 'Dam is a city of contrasts where bicycles, clogs, tulips and the infamous Red Light District live side by side in harmony. Just outside the city we stop at a traditional farm to see how Dutch cheese and clogs (wooden shoes) are made. Once we check in to our accommodation, this evening we head into the heart of Amsterdam to see Dam Square with our Unleashed Trip Leader, and we can even explore the Red Light District itself!

We’ll also have time to wander the canals or visit attractions like Anne Frank House, the Van Gogh Museum and the Heineken Experience. Then we have dinner at a local restaurant, followed by an optional canal cruise on a private boat along Amsterdam’s waterways.

Day 20: London

Bruges, where a walking tour with our Unleashed Trip Leader covers the city’s excellent Gothic architecture. We’ll have free time here to seek out some Belgian specialities – chocolate, waffles and beer! Afterwards we drive to Calais in France to catch our ferry across the English Channel.

Day 21: London

A full free day to visit the markets, shops, museums or whatever your heart desires for our last day and night in London.

Day 22: Departure

This morning we check out of our accommodation and say our sad goodbyes to the Unleashed Crew and all the amazing friends we have made along the way. Your Unleashed trip leader will escort you on the tube to the airport for your flight home.

Rooms

Your room is where you'll lie your head at the end of a big day. All accommodation will be dorm room style and will accommodate between 2-4 people depending on the location. The rooms will be basic however we choose our accommodation to provide travellers a young, fun and welcoming experience. Expect to meet plenty of new friends from all around the world as you hang out in the common areas before calling it a night.

Roommates

Waking up in a winter wonderland with your best mates is the greatest feeling in the world. You will have an opportunity to choose your room mates upon arriving in each location. We recommend switching it up every couple of nights and switching roommates so you can get to know everyone on the tour. As outlined by the accommodation owners, the rooms will be single sex. If you do have any rooming requirements, please speak to the Unleashed Crew as soon as you begin the trip.

Pricing & Payments

All that is required is a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will come off of the total balance of your trip.

We've put together an easy weekly payment plan to help you pay for your trip starting with a deposit to hold your spot, and then easy low weekly payments.
